even these clueless people know that a plot of land is worth LESS MONEY than a plot of land with a building on it, duh! so if these crooked gov officials can fraudulently pass the land title to their name, they can certainly do so with the prized building on that land too.

closing a business i would understand though, because it would be quasi IMPOSSIBLE to continue running that biz without involving the previous owner, his access to the company's data, biz connections and, most importantly, the company's bank accounts etc

closing a biz is needed in such cases, and selling the business premises off at an auction would quickly solve the issue of sacked staff (if the new owner wants to run the same biz and employ the same staff)
