It is most worrisome that all wanted kidnappers,cultist, and armed robbers declared wanted by the Rivers state government, finds Imo state capital as a safe haven. In all instances the Imo state government never issue statement of condemnation. It will be recalled that some cultist declared wanted were given amnesty by ROCHAS OKOROCHA. Again, most inter-state KIDNAPPING between Rivers and Imo states are condoned by ROCHAS's govt. In all the Imo state government never sympathize with the good people of Rivers state; one then wondered, if ROCHAS OKOROCHA,the Governor of Imo state is an interested party. |

Oga ur conjectures are unintelligemt. Rivers state has a border with IMO state which is mostly rural areas with thick forests and bushes ideal for criminal activities. On d other hand the border with Abia state is not all bush its relatively developed all d way to Aba |
