Our company is seeking to employ people for the following role:

1. Civil Engr. Technicians:

The person will:

-Report to the Project Engineer
-Read and review project blueprints to determine dimensions of structures
-Confer with their supervisors about preparing plans and evaluating field conditions
-Inspect project sites and evaluate contractors’ work in order to detect problems with a design
-Test construction materials—especially concrete—and soil samples in laboratories
-Help to ensure that projects conform to design specifications and applicable codes
-Develop plans and estimate costs for installing systems and operating facilities
-Prepare reports and document project activities and data

Requirements:

-Minimum of OND in Civil Engineering or Building
-Not less than 25 years
-0-2 Years Experience
-Residence of Lagos state

2. Maintenance Technician:

The person will:
-Evaluate, repair and maintain plumbing,and electrical systems in the building
-Communicate with facilities management about any work that requires outside expert assistance
-Receive and respond to tenant reports of mechanical or maintenance issues on their premises
-Work with tools and supplies necessary to complete projects
-Maintain corporate safety procedures at all times and comply with access control regulations
-Evacuate building in the event of an emergency
-Maintain fire, carbon monoxide, smoke and other safety systems within the structure
-Calibrate instruments and tools required for job responsibilities

Requirements:

-Minimum of Trade Test
-Not less than 25 years
-Minimum of three years experience
-Residence of Lagos state

C. Graphics Artist:

The artist will be:

-liaising with clients to determine their requirements and budget
-managing client proposals from typesetting through to design
-working with clients, briefing and advising them with regard to design style, and format
-developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company and logos
-determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size
-preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief
-reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required

Requirements:
-Minimum of 5 years experience
-Ability to use Adobe packages, Corel Draw and InDesign
-Good communication skill

D. Drivers:

• Perform daily inspections on all assigned vehicles, at the beginning of each shift.
• Ascertain that all cars are properly cleaned and maintained and that any need for repairs is outlined and reported.
• Obtain orders for transporting people (staff members) or things to different locations, and ensure that they are carried out correctly.
• Assist passengers in embarking and disembarking to and from the vehicle, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
• Receive items and documents for transport, and ensure that they are safely transported to their destinations.
• Safely drive assigned office vehicles by following set rules and regulations.
• Transport people to their destinations, or handle office pick-up duties, and deliver parcels and documents.
• Perform both preventative and regular maintenance on assigned vehicles, and ensure that proper detailing is performed.

Requirements:
-2 years Experience
-minimum of S.S.C.E.
-Valid Driver License
-VALID LASDRI
-Good knowledge of Lagos Road Network
-Not less that 28 years
