R-Connect Declares Support for APC Gubernatorial Candidate, Alhaji Isiaka Adegboyega Oyetola, Says Party Supremacy Wins

The leadership and entire members of the R-Connect, a social media group in the State of Osun has formally declared their support for the candidate of All Progressives Congress in the forthcoming gubernatorial election in the State, Alhaji Isiaka Adegboyega Oyetola who emerged as the flag-bearer of the party in the just concluded primary election of the party held on Friday, 20-07-2018 .

This was contained as part of the resolutions of their meeting held on Sunday in Osogbo which was made available to newsmen. The group noted that months before the primary election, it was resolved that all members of the group who has one aspirant or is approached by an aspirant vying for the gubernatorial ticket of the All Progressives Congress should work with such personality but with the mindset that once the gubernatorial candidate emerged all members of the group is duty bound to work for the success of not only the flag-bearer but also the party at the main election.

It is against this backdrop that our members worked for different aspirants of the party during the events that led to the conduct of primary election of the party.

However, since a candidate has eventually emerged in person of Alhaji Isiaka Adegboyega Oyetola, in the spirit of dedication and loyalty to the party and its leadership, we hereby throw out weight behind his candidature.

As a group we will do all that is possible to add value to his candidature and sell his personality in the most simplest form to all the people of Osun most especially the teeming electorates in the forthcoming election.
