One Prophet Frank Williams Osifo, has been arrested in Lagos after he reportedly forced two women, Hawa Saleh and Ojonuwa Paul, to use their phones to 'sow seed' for deliverance during a church service.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Ewedigbon area of the Igando in the outskirts of Lagos where his ministry was located and the women went for prayers.
