The Acer swift 7 is a thin, light and ultraportable device with Kaby lake fanless hardware. It boasts of an excellent build quality; sleek profile, light weight and a fairly good display. Despite packing a small battery, it has a decent everyday performance and battery life. It also runs cool in most situations and is basically fanless. The downside is that it has no keyboard backlight.

The Aspire Swift 7 has a large footprint, and you can tell by the bezel around the screen and the space on top of the keyboard, much larger than the XPS 13 and most other 13-inch laptops.
