Controversial Nigerian Twitter user, Jaja, who is currently in Nasarawa state's NYSC camp, has come under fire for saying the number of Northerners who can't read and write in camp is high.

"The number of people (from the north) who can’t read, write or understand basic instructions is too foccken high in this Camp. How did they graduate?

Moreover, I have a strong feeling that some of them may have civil service jobs waiting for them. #nyscchronicles
" he tweeted.

The tweet has gathered several reactions, as most people found the tweet offensive, while some defended his stans. See some reactions below...

If its possible that a northerner with FSLC is ruling this country, then that dude's claims, have some iota of truth. Its just quite pathetic.

I served in Minjibir LGA at a Federal Government College in Kano State.

One of the full time classroom teachers, an indigene, became very angry at the Vice Principal for insisting that he attended a inter house sports training for the students when he had something important to do that week...

When pressed as to what the important thing was... the man blurted out that he was going to write WAEC exam at the boys school down the road.

Nevertheless, that Minjibir, had a very large number of well educated young people.
