This man was exposed along Bida Road opposite Chibros Plaza Main Market. He was caught causing a man for not giving him money and in the process people gathered and queried him to understand his problem with one guy trying to punch him and he avoided the punch. He was exposed by that punch and was attracted by the security men at Bida Road.
