Website Design is not measured only from the aesthetic angle only, in fact the most effective designs may not look the best.

With consideration to my statement above, I would like you to know that the best web designers are measured based on result and not how beautiful the project looks.

To further buttress this, if Designer A an B both create beautiful looking websites but at launch the Website designed by A gets 10% conversion rate while that of B gets 5% conversion rate, regardless of who’s design was “fantastic”, the design that brings the best result WINS!

There’s a concept surrounding this fact and it is called buyer psychology. Professional website designers consider the way visitors read and interact to position brand colors, images and copy in the right places to optimize results.

I don’t know about you, but I would rather hire a designer who can get results for my business than one with fine looking designs.
