Former governor of Jigawa State and presidential aspirant of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Alhaji Sule Lamido,at end of the week praised Governor Seriake Dickson of Bayelsa State for his developmental strides.

He additionally chided the All Progressives Congress, APC, portraying the gathering as "visually impaired and confused."

According to him, Dickson has possessed the capacity to change Bayelsa State through purposeful administration, and has executed people-oriented projects over the state.

Lamido, who talked while commissioning the state Secretariat Annex 4 in Yenagoa, as a component of his two-day visit to the state, noticed that Dickson has changed the fortunes of the state through interests in framework, education and different divisions of the economy.

The presidential aspirant described the civil service, as the engine room of government and for their work to be done effectively, they require an exceptionally helpful condition, taking note of that,such workers and people-friendly projects can only be found in PDP controlled states.

His words: “We are here to celebrate greatness. If nobody applauds you, you will applaud yourself. PDP is the only party that has the capacity to think and initiate projects. APC is blind and clueless, that is why they have not been able to commission anything in the past three years.

“We are proud of you, you are an inspiration, and you are a motivator to the civil servants, which is the engine room for the implementation of every programme and policy of government and by putting structures in place for work to be effectively carried out, is indeed the right step.”
