My gionee m5 marathon will just go off and come on after 3_4 hours, but now doesn't come on again, I was told it's charging point which I changed it will still go off. They said battery I changed it same. Any one with ideas should help am rich to buy another phone now.

Clear the Cache regularly. Make sure d inner memory is free.
Though it will persist But it will be minimal.

Thanks so much, I restored it to factory settings worked for 4 days and off again. Surprisingly my husband's m6 doing exactly same now.please is it a known fault in gionee products. Thanks.

Oh! Pls Am very sorry for the late response.

To be sincere, the problem is not a faulty Battery or Charging Point.
The problem is peculiar to GiONEE product coz I ve been experiencing the same issue with my GiONEE M5. I ve also witnessed such on M6.

Do diz: Backup ya files [Contact, images and other vital documents]
Restore the phone to Factory settings

Ensure that there's always enough space on d phone memory.
After heavy or long usage, u can Reboot the phone occasionally.
Try to clear d cache.

Though the problem will reoccur after some time But it will be minimal.
IF u have awoof change, you can sell the phone and get another good phone.

I love GiONEE product But diz single problem is giving me 2nd thought on my next phone if I have money.
I ve said bye - bye to Tecno products and I can't go back to them again.

May God provide 4 us. It is well with you my sister.

How much did u wish 2 spend on new phones [budget] averagely?

Thanks opera 1, honestly with my experience I don't want to spend on phone again. so my range is between 25-30k.

Smile....., seriously u ve gone through a lot with the stress and resources of changing gionee battery, charging point and the rest. Well l it happens dat way @ times.

Since you don't want 2 spend much on phone, you can get Tecno WX3 pro, it's 25k and it will serve you.

Personally I don't like Itel due to their Flexibility and durability. But one prove me wrong early diz year. I gave one of my friend an Itel phone with a broken screen Itel 1703 or so , he fixed it with 5k, to my surprise he has been enjoying it for d past 5 months,
Diz made me to purchase ITEL P32 [#25,500] for someone 3days ago.
Itel are OK looking at the pricez dey are sold in d market.
Itel, Tecno and Infinix came from the same company/maker.
U can give it a trial.
It's OK if you can get it @ dat price.

Wait o! Does that mean that ur gionee has been condemned?

No problem. Don't discard it yet coz u can still get something from it by selling it to a good & faithful phone Technician, ẹ.g d Screen alone is Between 16k to 22k.
