I recently stumbled upon a piece of document Which I believe belongs to my late dad he must have bought it in the 80s however am not sure if its a bond or shares certificate. Can anyone pls help identify it and let me know if it has any value

BeckyAA:If it's shares certificate last I checked the federal government is not listed on the stock exchange as a PLC that's the confusing part |
