I want to sell my plantain farm at 150k.

It's on 2 Acres of land... located at Orita- ijaiye (btw osiele and odeda).

But the buyer will spend extra money to weed the farm by himself.

Details of the deal

I have a plantain farm on leased land.

I bought 2 acres of land right beside the leased land last year.

Coz I'm now into something else in ibadan, I'm not able to look after the farm again.

I'm not selling the land, just the plantain trees, but the buyer can use my land freely for the first year(since I'm not ready to develop it for the next 5 years) and start paying lease from the 2nd year.

Density is 450 trees per acre.

Pls also note that the buyer will need to transplant all the trees from the leased land to my purchased land, because my lease will expire march 2019.. and that will cost him approx. 140k to transplant. meanwhile harvest will be ready by this November
