As Delta State Former Governor Chief James Onanefe Ibori celebrate 60th Birthday today.

The Political Aide On Media to Delta State Governor, Mr Ossai Ovie Success has described the Former Governor Chief James Ibori as a living legend.

Ossai who made this known in a congratulatory message to the former Governor Ibori noted that the Ibori leadership style worth emulation by Nigeria Politicians.

According to Ossai " Ibori 60th Birthday has a lot of messages to Nigeria Politicians looking at his unprecedented antecedents in the past years.

Ibori is one man who as a governor built bridges to hitherto inaccessible towns such as Omadino and Bomadi, across the Forçados River; and scores of roads were constructed across the state’s three senatorial districts which is being emulated by the current Governor of Delta State Sen Ifeanyi Okowa.

Ibori made Leaders, Millionaires as Governor and he is a leader of inestimable value.

Also the education sector also benefited from the state government’s investments in the early 2000s.

A number of higher institutions were built by him: three polytechnics, a college of physical education and a navy school. Medical students at Delta State University also benefited from a new teaching hospital, albeit in the governor’s hometown.

Not just that, An indoor sports complex was constructed in the state capital Asaba.

Oghara got a brand-new stadium, along with a total transformation from glorified village to mini-city.

Sapele, Oleh, Ughelli and other towns also got new stadiums or upgrades to existing facilities. "
