We are in urgent need of a capable front desk officer. You should live close to Agege or Abulegba.
We will make preference for the candidate who can see the big picture of how people's lives can be enhanced by the work that you do.

Your job roles include:

- welcoming guests at the office.

- maintaining the office

- answering all customer enquiry via phones, email and chat.

- mastering our business products so you can answer customer questions

- giving regular reports to the management on tasks allocated to you

- managing our social media accounts
- mastering our software applications so you can be readily available to assist customers who need help.

- you may be needed to occasionally visit a customer to explain one or two things on our apps


Qualifications

- very strong computer skills
- knowledge of how to use social media
- a problem solver
- very good dressing skills
- dedicated to producing results and not excuses
- you should live close to Agege/Ikeja/Ogba/Abulegba
- Bsc/HND/OND can apply
- very respectful and courteous
