When you live in a society that glorifies sayings like, "if you don't have money hide your face", even pastors will preach that if you're not rich, God is punishing you. People will want to make that money any way imaginable.

My sister d hustle no be small. My pastor always say, der is no how u will truly serve God and still be poor. Jesus is not a poor man. There was a day I gave testimony that I'm on sick bed for a week and now I'm healed, I gave God all d glory and adoration. The next minutes I saw my pastor preaching dat there is no how God will be using ur body and Satan will also use it. Is impossible, that is if I'm truly serving God I cannot fall sick. I was like it means Satan is using my body abi, I dey go church go play Ludo.

This is what happens when you have very poor internal processes and hardly enough controls when it comes to handling cash.
An Internal control and Audit department is extremely important.
As a matter of fact, in this day and age I fail to understand why cash is still handled in such amounts for a registered business like a school.
And for crying out loud, why are some of the accused already employed somewhere else?

someone that has admitted been a thief already, now employed as a teacher again....wonders shall never end.

No peace for d wicked & corporate robbers. Corporate stealing & other forms of sharp practices are mostly triggered by people living above their basic salary. If your spending is not below your basic earnings... U are a thief or a potential thief.

It's only in Nigeria one hears someone earning below 50k salary but living a luxurious lifestyle worth 1m.

Team, #ihardlytouchmysalary. When those commissions & other legitimate or illegitimate gifts no longer coming, it's almost likely such person will steal.
