Read this story , ( I found it encouraging) and
Follow the recommendation at
The end... (As the Lord leads you)

As I was walking
Down life's highway
Many years ago

I came upon a
Sign that read

Heavens Grocery Store..

When I got a
Little closer

The doors swung
Open wide

And when I came
To myself

I was standing
Inside..

I saw a host of
Angels.

They were
Standing everywhere

One handed me a
Basket

And said 'My
Child shop with care..'

Everything a
Human needed
Was in that
Grocery store

And what you
Could not carry
You could come
Back for more

First I got some
Patience.

Love was in that
Same row.

Further down was
Understanding,
You need that
Everywhere you go..

I got a box or
Two of Wisdom
And Faith a bag
Or two.

And Charity of
Course
I would need some
Of that too..

I couldn't miss
The Holy Ghost
It was all over
The place.

And then some
Strength
And Courage to
Help me run this race.

My basket was
Getting full
But I remembered
I needed Grace,

And then I chose
Salvation for
Salvation was for
Free

I tried to get
Enough of that to do
For you and me..

Then I started to
The counter
To pay my grocery
Bill,

For I thought I
Had everything
To do the Masters
Will.

As I went up the
Aisle
I saw Prayer and
Put that in ,

For I knew when I
Stepped outside
I would run into
Sin.

Peace and Joy
Were plentiful,
The last things
On the shelf.

Song and Praise
Were hanging near
So I just helped
Myself.

Then I said to
The angel

'Now how much do
I owe?'

He smiled and
Said

'Just take them
Everywhere you go.'

Again I asked
'Really now,

How much do I
Owe?'

'My child' he
Said , 'Jesus paid your bill
A long long time
Ago.'

This poem has
Been sent to you
With love and for
Blessings.

It originated in
The Netherlands
And has been
Around the world 9 times.

The blessing has now
Come to you and
You will receive
Showers of blessings in the mail

Within six days
Of receiving this letter

Provided you
Send it out to someone else.
Do not send money,
As this message has no price. Do Not keep this letter

Rather share it.

I am resending this message to this platform in particular, because I believe we are the last hope for such a revival to take place in our country cum Africa. I remember the firebrand man of God, Benson who declared that the planned meeting of Witches and Wizards in Benin cannot hold while he was alive. People Katherine kulhman, Billy Graham, Smith Wiggleswoth and those great men and women of God. .......... ASK THOSE WHO SAW THE REVIVAL OF 1930s,1970s
AND 1980s, THEY WILL TELL YOU WHY WE ARE CRYING OVER THIS
"FIRE LESS NESS" WE ARE SEEING IN OUR GENERATION OF BELIEVERS.
John Knox prayed: "Lord, Give me Scotland or I die"...
St Patrick, a rugged believer that Brought even dead animals and trees back to life prayed: "God, Give me souls or give me nothing else"....
Brethren, The Hebrides revival prayed:" Lord, If you will not use us, please, kill us"...
The brethren from England who brought the Fire from Azusa Street revival
gathered everyday under the terrible cold.
Their only prayer topic was: "Lord, give us men that will spread Your Fire in the streets of England".
During the Indonesia Revival, those hungry hearts were seen praying day and night: "Lord, The harvest is ripe... If it pleases You, please use us".
One prayer that was common during the days of
William Seymour was: "Lord, this is another day that hell must lose men and women. Please, we are here use us".
Paul said:" Woe is me if
I preach not the gospel"
Rachel said to her husband, Jacob: "Give me children or I die"
But unfortunately, our churches are filled today
with people who are not ashamed of spiritual
barrenness.
We are asking "God give me money. God give me spouse.
God give me visa".
Where do we see believers
again that will be praying and fasting, and when you listen to them, you will be hearing:" Lord, let Your Fire fall in my community and let their be revival"?
When Paul encountered Christ, he fell and rose. What He asked was:" Lord, what will You have me do".
But today, when we fall under anointing, we stand to start expecting marriage proposals and visas and employment letters.
This generation of members in our churches have not had a genuine encounter with the Man of Calvary.
No generation has carried Bibles like us without opening it.
No generation is materially driven like ours and we expect the land to obey us.
Jesus said, pray to the Father that He brings His Kingdom on earth.
GOD help us to get it on time. Amen.
Let's build up our spiritual life cos its very necessary.
If u miss heaven u can never miss hell. Think about it. Hell isn't a pretty place.
Do the work of an
evangelist now by sharing this message with all your contacts.
Have u ever wondered
what would have happened if we treat the Holy Bible the way we treat our mobile phone?
And we really can't live without the BIBLE.
Don't send later, send now.
May the Almighty God grant good success to every one who reads & sends this message. Amen

Powerful one minute Prayer
------------------------
This prayer takes about one minute! Pray it sincerely, and then those you send to, will pray for you!

Prayer by Bishop T.D. Jakes

"When you are DOWN to nothing ..God is UP to something"!

Father, in the Name of Jesus, bless me even while I'm reading this prayer and bless the one that sent this to me in a special way. Open supernatural doors today
in our lives. Save and set us free from every satanic operation. Give us a double portion of your Spirit as we take back everything that the devil has stolen from us:

Our Emotional Health, Physical Health, Finances,
Relationships, Children, Jobs, Homes, Marriages, etc.

I cancel every plot, plan, and scheme the enemy has devised against us in the MIGHTY NAME OF JESUS.

And I declare:
NO WEAPON FORMED AGAINST US SHALL PROSPER.

I speak LIFE into every dead situation in our lives. And, I thank You that nothing is over until YOU say it's over! I speak prophetically into our lives and to our situations:

Our households are blessed;
Our health is blessed;
Our marriages are blessed;
Our finances are blessed;
Our businesses are blessed;
Our jobs are blessed;
Our children are blessed;
Our grandchildren are blessed;
Our parents are blessed;
Our siblings are blessed;
Our ministries are blessed;
and, Our decisions are blessed.
Mortgages are paid and debts are cancelled;
Our hearts' desires are on the way according to YOUR perfect will and plan for our lives.
IN JESUS NAME! AMEN!

If you just prayed the prayer, then send it to EVERYBODY YOU KNOW and Within an hour countless people would have prayed for you, and you would have caused a multitude of people who never use to pray, to pray this day. The Lord bless you for doing this today in Jesus Name. Amen!

So shall it be unto us and all our friends and families in the mighty Name of Jesus! Amen!

*PASTOR W. F. KUMUYI MESSAGE TO THE CHURCHES*
I slept around 10:20pm, not quite long after laying on the bed, I heard God calling Me Audibly So I Woke Up. When I Checked My Time, It Was 11:30P.M. Suddenly, I Felt The Urge To Pray So I Left The Bedroom To The sitting room & started Praying._
_All Of A Sudden, My Eyes Opened And I Was In Another Realm. I Saw An Array Of Ladies Both Young And Old, Very Beautiful, Coming From The Sea Side. And I Asked God; Who Are These?_ And He Said, _*"These Are Marine Spirits That Have Been Commissioned By The Devil To Drag Many To The Kingdom Of Darkness. His Time Is Almost Up And He Has Vowed To Cause Many To Fall"*_. I Asked, Why Women? He Responded, _*"They Are Not Really Women But Are Evil Spirits That Have Taken A Feminine Form."*_
_So I Asked; What Is Their Mission And He Said, See! All Of A Sudden I Saw, People Having Sex. What Amazed Me Was That Some Were Having Sex By The Wayside, Some In Bushes, Some On Beaches, Some In Offices And In Open Places. So, I Asked Why?_ And He Said _*"These Are Sent To Spread Lust And Cause Many To Fall Into The Sin Of Fornication."*_ He Said, *"Very Soon, Fornication Will Be Legalized."*
*"The Spirits Are Meant To Befriend Many Young Ladies, Show Them Care And Eventually Initiate Them To Be Used By The Enemy."* _I Saw Many Young Ladies. Unsuspecting Ladies Being Initiated And As Soon As They Were Initiated, They Had An Insatiable Desire For Sex._
_I Also Saw Sugar Mummies Luring Young Men With Money And Cars. Right After Sleeping With Them, They Are Gone._
_I Saw New Dresses Being Introduced. Dresses That Expose All Parts Of The Body. In Fact, I Saw A Very Fair Lady That Was Almost Naked. About 3 Quarter Of Her Breast Was Exposed And The Dress She Wore Was Very Transparent That One Could Virtually See Her unclothedness. Then I Saw Many People Buying These Dresses; Skimpy Short Skirts And Transparent Leggings And Blouses That Expose The Cleavage. Bleaching Of The Skin Was On The Rise. I Saw Them Pouring Potions On The Eye To Lure Men With Their Eyes_.
*"Tell The Church To Watch"*, He Said. *"They Will Try To Enter The Church, Target Pastors And Members, Especially From Choirs."* _I Saw Members Of The Church Being Possessed And Sleeping With Each Other_.
_*Amazingly,*_ _I Saw Two Ladies In A Particular Choir That Were Lesbians. Then I Saw Men Of God Sleeping With Members. Some Slept With Members Before They Mounted Pulpits._
_I Saw That Pastors Are Battling Within Because There Is Not Just A Crack But An Opening On The Wall. Satan Has Entered Their Lives. Some Were Caught In The Web Of Pornography And Masturbation._
_In Fact, I Saw A Particular Pastor Watching Pornography And Masturbating In His Room. To Him The Room Was Locked And He Thought No One Was Seeing Him But I Saw That The Wall To His Room Facing The Public Was Broken And People Were Watching Him Without His Knowledge. And God Said To Me_ *"Whatever Is Being Done In Secret Is Already Open."*
_I Also Saw Women Becoming Unsubmissive And Disrespectful To Their Husbands And This Act Frustrated Husbands To Fall Prey To These Spirits When They Left Home._
_I Saw Many Being Manipulated Through Food And Clothes. And I Saw Many Chains As Well. And He Said To Me,_ *"These Are Chains Of Addiction That Has Kept Many People In Sexual Bondage."*
_Some Women Were Showering Enchanted Gifts To Pastors And Were Gradually Changing Their Status._
*"Tell My People To Stay Within The Boundaries Of My Word. Let Them Not Depart From Them. Tell Them To Watch And Pray. Let Them Be Focused On Me And This Will Help Them Avoid Every Distraction Of The Enemy."*

*HOW TO INSPIRE MANNERS IN YOUR CHILDREN.*

1. When entering the house greet your children or even hug them. This should help develop their sense of love and self worth.

2. Be good to your neighbours and never backbite. Never speak ill of other drivers when on the road. Your children would listen, absorb and emulate.

3. When calling your parents, encourage your children to speak to them. When visiting your parents take your children with you. The more they see you take care of your parents the more they will learn to take care of you.

4. When driving them to school, don't always play albums or cds in the car. Rather, tell them some motivational stories yourself. This will have a greater impact - trust me!

5. Read to them a short story and even a scripture a day – it doesn't take much time, but very impactful in creating strong bonds and wonderful memories.

6. Comb your hair, clean your teeth and wear presentable cloths even if sitting at home and not going out for the day. They need to learn that being clean and tidy has nothing to do with going out!

7. Try not to blame or comment on every word or action they say or do. Learn to overlook and let go sometimes. This certainly builds their self-confidence.

8. Ask your children's permission before entering their rooms. Don't just knock and enter, but then wait for a verbal permission. They will learn to do the same when wanting to enter your room.

9. Apologize to your children if you made a mistake. Apologizing teaches them to be humble and polite.

10. Don't be sarcastic or make fun of their views or feelings, even if you "didn't mean it" and was "only joking". It really hurts.

11. Show respect to your children's privacy. Its important for their sense of value and self-esteem.

12. Don't expect that they will listen or understand the first time. Don't take it personal. But be patient and consistent.

13.Pray with them. Show them how to pray. Lead by example.

14. In addition, ask them to discuss their daily plans after the morning prayers. Children without concrete daily plans usually join others in executing theirs. They fall easy to peer pressure.

15.Hold them and bless them specially every morning. Please share with other parents. God bless you for your time.

The New Testament book of Philippians explains the attitude, mindset and outlook we as believers must have if we want to experience the joy of the Lord. As we know quite well, the world we live in is full of difficult and confused people. This isn’t an easy place to live. Thank goodness this life is just temporary until the day our glorious Lord returns for us.

The Apostle Paul writes in vs. 1:27 that we are to “live as citizens of heaven, conducting ourselves in a manner worthy of the Good News about Christ.” Paul instructs us to be different than the world. He tells us to,

“…live clean, innocent lives as children of God in a dark world full of crooked and perverse people. Let your lives shine brightly before them.” (2:15)
Have any of you had the pleasure of meeting a “street preacher”? Or a team of women that go into troubled neighborhoods, walking the sidewalks and sharing the Word of God? These people are amazing! They are a perfect example of having the “Light” of Christ shining in a very dark world. Even a hardened gang member or destitute street person can be drawn to them, listen to them and soften their hardened exterior for a few moments to be prayed over and told they matter and Jesus loves them. Can you imagine the impact this has someone who believes they aren’t lovable and are considered a throw away? Praise God for those beautiful souls who risk their safety doing this amazing work for the Lord.

“Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus…” (2:5)
As Christians we are to strive to have the mindset of Jesus. And what a beautiful mind it is!

— Jesus had an unselfish attitude. We are not to live to make a good impression but to care about the interest of others. (2:3,4)

— Jesus had a servant attitude. Jesus came to earth and took on the form of a servant (2:7), even though Jesus was God in human form.

— Jesus had a sacrificial attitude. Jesus of course made the ultimate sacrifice, his life! As believers we are to give of ourselves to help others. Have you ever given the shirt off your back to help someone? Or put your last $10 in the offering plate?

— Jesus had a humble attitude. Christ humbled Himself and became obedient. (2:cool We are to think of others as better than ourselves. (2:3)

— Jesus had an obedient attitude. Christ became “obedient to the point of death”. (2:cool God gives us the desire to obey Him and the power to do what pleases Him. (2:13)

— Jesus had a patient attitude. We are to endure the difficulties in life and have a willingness to wait for our reward. Waiting on the Lord renews our strength (Isa. 40:31)

When I was a teenager, my mother had given me a t-shirt that said “I Love My Attitude Problem”. I use to hear this a lot as a child. When I was an adolescent, my grand-father would say, “You better get that chip off your shoulder young lady!”. I would furrow my brow and walk into my bedroom. Once out my grandfather’s site, I would take my fingers and flick the invisible chip off my shoulder. I will admit that I still have the “residuals” of an attitude problem. I’m happy to say my attitude is much better today.

If we have the love of Christ in our hearts, developing a Christ-like attitude isn’t such a daunting feat! It is something we desire and strive for. Jesus never said it would be easy being a Christian, but I think as most of us have experienced in life is that anything worthwhile shouldn’t be easy. Otherwise it loses it’s worth. So let all of us keep striving to be Christ-like. Let’s all of us show others the Light of Jesus Christ in our life. Let’s all of us be unselfish, serve others, give until it hurts, abolish pride, be obedient and practice patience

THE POWER OF PASSING IT ON

By Dr. Myles Munroe.

The Greatest Act Of Leadership Is Mentoring.

If what you learn, achieve, accumulate or accomplish dies with you then you are a generational failure.

Mentoring is the manifestation of the highest level of personal maturity, security and self confidence.

An insecure person will never Train People, they will oppress people.

Mature people create people greater than themselves.

Your assignment has a shelf life.

You will die one day; so train your replacement.

Your Greatest Gift to the world is your mentee.

True leaders do not seek followers, followers are attracted to true leaders.

The Greatest obligation of true leadership is to transfer your deposit to the next generation.

Leadership success is measured by the success of your successor.

No matter how great you may have been, if you didn't produce a successor, you are a failure.

You preserve what you built through mentorship.

Legacy is about preserving all that you've built by raising other people.

Success without a successor is failure.

Leadership that serves only it's generation is destined to failure.

If your vision dies with you, you have failed.

Legacy is about living beyond your grave.

Leadership Is not a Sprint but a relay.

The most important part of a relay is passing it on-not running.

The ultimate measure of true leadership is not to maintain followers but to produce leaders.

True leadership measures it's success by the diminishing dependency factor of its followers.

The ultimate measure of leadership is the ability to leave.

True leadership makes itself increasingly unnecessary.

You are a successful leader when your followers can lead others.

Your goal as a leader is to destroy the dependency of the people around you.

You are a great leader when your people don't need you.

Make people greater than you and you will live forever.

True leaders do not seek power.

True leaders seek to empower.

True leaders make themselves increasingly unnecessary.

Never confuse your position with your value.

The ultimate goal of true leadership is not to maintain followers but to produce leaders.

The first act of a true leader is identifying your replacement and you begin mentoring them.

You become great by producing people greater than yourself.

When you produce someone greater than yourself, don't get jealous. Take the credit.

When you train your replacement, you are freed to expand your work.

When you mentor people, your legacy will make your tombstone unnecessary.

"Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." - Matthew 11:29

One cannot help but be in awe of the GOD Who describes Himself (and is), as He does above; yet to whom all power belongs (Psalm 62:11), Who made all things (John 1:3), to Whom nothing is impossible (Luke 1:37). What grace... what a GOD!

Lay Your Treasures In Heaven
“Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal; but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” (Psalms 49:15)

Beloved of God, where are you laying your treasures today?

God’s Word tells us to not lay up our treasures on earth. For everything in our physical world will eventually fade away. Nothing truly lasts in this material world.

So why do we put our trust in them?

Whether it’s money, stocks, gold, or precious stones. None of these riches lasts.

The Bible tells us to lay our treasures in heaven instead.

But what does that mean?

Now some preachers will tell you that it means you should give them more money, and in return, you’ll have more treasure in heaven.

But how can that be? I submit to you that they themselves are trying to lay up treasures on earth. For Jesus has never equated the amount of money you give to the church to the amount of treasure you have in heaven.

The truth is, spiritual treasures are laid up spiritually. For flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit.

You’re laying up treasures in heaven when you fill your spirit with God’s Word.

Meditate on His promises. Pray according to His will. Give praises to Him.

Most of all, get to know just how good He really is.

And as your faith grows, so will your treasure in heaven.

Was it not said in the Bible that the Kingdom of God is within you? Therefore, fill up your inner storehouses with the treasures of God (His precious promises).

And most importantly, remember to keep God’s most precious treasure (Jesus Christ) close to your heart.

When your spirit is richly filled with Jesus’ life and God’s promises, you’ll find that no matter what happens in the material world, you’ll still be blessed.

War may break out, the stock market may crash, all hell may be loose and you still would walk in the blessings and favour of God.

This is the treasure that can’t be taken away from you. And where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.

Be Greatly Blessed!

Rejoice beloved, for you have been gifted the perpetual joy of Christ.

This is the true joy the transcends the rolling waves of circumstance.

The joy of the Lord comes not from externals, but is based on a consistent relationship with Jesus Christ.

When our lives are centered on Him, Jesus will help us walk through difficulties without sinking into debilitating lows and manage prosperity without moving into deceptive highs.

The joy of living with Christ will keep us on a constant even-keel, despite how high or low our circumstances.

What’s more, God’s Word says that the joy of the Lord is our strength.

When you feel weak, rejoice! For God has promised to make the weak strong.

When you feel poor, rejoice! For God has promised that His children will inherit the earth.

When you feel like a sinner, rejoice! For God has cleansed us all with the Blood of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Indeed, for those of us who are weary and tired, we need the joy that is found in staying close to Christ.

Our Saviour said in John 15 that if we abide in Jesus’ love, His joy would fill us, strengthen us and move us onwards to do whatever we are called to do.

Lean on Jesus, and your joy will be full.

This is a joy that defeats all struggle and pain. This is not a ‘put on my happy face’ type of joy. That is fleeting and varying depending on life situations.

This joy goes much deeper. This is a joy that fills our inner being, and remains even when life seemingly looks bleak. It sees past the illusions of the evil one and shows you the true blessed promises of God.

Be encouraged because Christ, through the power of the indwelling Spirit, liberally and freely gives us the joy that the world can neither offer us nor take away.

Ask and we shall receive. Seek and we shall find. Jesus Christ invites us to enter into His joy, a gift that is only found in knowing Him.

Are you ready to receive the perpetual joy of Christ and let God’s blessings flow freely in your life?

“O my people, trust in him at all times. Pour out your heart to him, for God is our refuge.” (Psalms 62:cool

Isn’t it great to know that there’s someone you can always turn to? To talk about your hopes and troubles, victories and failures.

Someone whom you can vent to when you’re frustrated, and celebrate with when you’re joyous.

Isn’t it even greater to know that this someone loves you deeply? He cares for you more than anyone else.

And not only does He listen to you, He’s also able to help you. To be your refuge.

He shields you from your troubles, defeats your enemies, and blesses all that you put your hands to.

He always listens intently, never missing a word that you say.

In fact, He’s even more eager to bless you than you’re to receive.

What’s more, He’s also the King of kings and the lord of Lords.

He holds the entire universe in His hands.

The stars shine because of Him. The wind and the waves obey His every command.

Truly, what a privilege it is to have the Lord of hosts as our confidant.

So pour your heart out to Him today. Tell Him your hopes and your dreams.

He longs to commune with you and turn your dreams into realities.

God’s Love Endures Forever
‘The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever…’ (Isaiah 40:cool

Beloved, know today that the promises of God are eternal.

The grass may wither, the flowers may fade, but the Word of God will always be effectual.

Open your heart to His promptings. Listen. For your Heavenly Father is blessing you and declaring His favor upon you.

Look not to temporal things for assurance. Instead, lean onto the everlasting Word of God.

His Word will lift you up. His Word will strengthen you. His Word will see you through whatever circumstances you may be facing.

So keep His promises in your thoughts. Meditate on His Word and let His love renew your spirit.

Be Greatly Blessed!

Prayer:

Father, thank you for your eternal Word.

The Word that continually blesses us and delcares a future full of hope and glory.

Thank you for your patience, your guidance, and especially your unconditional love for us.

The Beauty Of Creation
‘But ask the animals, and they will teach you, or the birds of the air, and they will tell you; or speak to the earth, and it will teach you, or let the fish of the sea inform you.’ (Job 12:7-cool

Beloved, do you see the stars declaring the majesty of God? Do you hear the birds singing praises? Do you understand the wonders of God shared by the lilies in the field?

Favoured child of God, our Father speaks to us through many ways. Through His word, through our circumstances, and sometimes through others. These are the mediums by which we hear the voice of His spirit deep in our hearts directing the course of our lives.

Yet this declaration by Job sheds light upon another way that God speaks: through His natural world. The beauty of creation declares the majesty and power of God and informs us of His ways.

Jesus confirmed this fact by using examples from the created order to teach kingdom principles.

God’s care and provision was seen through the flowers of the fields and the birds of the air; God’s love for us was shared in the parable of the lost sheep; God’s values were understood in the unproductive fig tree and the pearl of great worth; the state of our heart was explained in the parable of the soils and the powerful growth of God’s kingdom was told by Jesus in the parable of the wheat and the mustard seed.

How often do we stop our activity and step outside to ponder the gifts of creation that have so much to teach us?

Job said there are lessons to be learnt right before us in the animals, birds, fish and in fact all the earth. All nature unites in declaring the wisdom of God and we can gain His understanding by observing it.

Consider what truth we might be missing out on by neglecting His handiwork. What mysteries are we yet to know?

From the tiny crawling ants to the great lumbering mammoths of the sea, we can uncover truths that will direct and shape our lives, and deepen our wonder of God.

Let’s take time to cease our labours, rest and reflect upon the world right in front of our eyes and listen to what God might whisper into our hearts.

Keep still, and know God.

Be Greatly Blessed!

Heaven Celebrates
‘Just so, I tell you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.’ (Luke 15:10)

Beloved, remember today that all of heaven rejoiced when you accepted Jesus. The angels celebrated when you had a transformation of your heart and mind. When you were made alive in Christ. When you reclaimed your rightful place as God’s royal child.

You had a change of mind.

No longer are you a slave; you’re now family.

No longer are you mired in sin; you’re now filled with Jesus’ righteousness.

No longer are you cursed; you’re now showered with God’s abundant blessings.

No longer are you dead, you’re now flowing with the resurrection life of Christ.

And now that you’ve been made alive, no longer turn back to the ways of death.

Remember today, once again, who you are in Christ. Celebrate with heaven. Rejoice. Receive the blessings and favor of our heavenly Father through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Heaven is celebrating. Are you?

Be Greatly Blessed!

Prayer:

Father, what honour it is, to know that all of heaven celebrated for me.

You found me when I was lost and you rejoiced.

Who am I? That you’re so mindful of me.

Yet, now that I know who I am in Christ, I too will rejoice and celebrate.

For I’m no longer dead, but alive with the life of Christ. I’m a new creation through the finished work of Jesus.

Cling To Jesus
My soul stays close to you. Your right hand holds me up. (Psalm 63:cool

Hold fast to God’s promises today.

It’s easy to lose sight of what’s truly important when you’re busy or facing difficult circumstances.

We can sometimes be so occupied putting out fires in various areas of our lives that we completely forget about Jesus.

But amazingly, when we look to Jesus and meditate on the goodness of God, our problems seem to melt away.

You can toil all night like Simon Peter and catch nothing. But once you have Jesus on board, you’ll have so much blessings coming in that your nets and boat wouldn’t be able to contain them. (Luke 5:1-10)

So cling to Jesus today, like a branch connects to a vine. For it’s only when you’re connected to the true Vine that His life can flow through you.

Precious child of God. Know that Your dreams and destiny have been laid out before you. Just follow His lead and you’ll be safe.

Rejoice and take refuge under the shelter of His wings. Think of His loving kindness and bless His name with your lips.

Stay close to Jesus, and He’ll stay close to you.

Be Greatly Blessed!

God Is Your Hope
When Jesus saw him lying there, and knew that he had been sick for a long time, he asked him, “Do you want to be made well?” (John 5:6)

How good is the God you believe in? As the day draws to a close, meditate again on His goodness and grace.

Were there things that troubled you today? Were there situations that seemed hopeless?

It’s time to let them go, into the hands of God.

In John 5, we read that a man who laid by the pool of Bethesda was sick for thrity-eight years. He laid there hoping that he could get into the pool when the angels stirred the water, so that he may get well. But there was no one to carry him into the pool. So he could only watch as others got healed. While he lay there powerless.

Can you imagine how hopeless he must have felt?

That is, until he met Jesus!

Jesus simply asked the man, “Do you want to be made well?”

With one, command, Jesus said, “Arise, take up your mat, and walk.”

And “Immediately, the man was made well, and took up his mat and walked.” (John 5:9)

After years of hopelessness, yearning, pining, desperate for a healing, all he could do was lie and see others get healed.

Yet, the moment he met Jesus, he was instantly healed!

What have you been pining for? Does it seem like the blessings you want always end up in someone else’s house? Maybe some of them don’t even seem godly at all, yet they seem to be blessed?

Well, God is asking you not to lose hope today.

With one Word from Jesus, everything can turn around in an instant.

Whether you need healing in your body, your finances or your relationships, one Word from Jesus is all you need.

Remember, victory is already yours through the finished work of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Hold fast to the hope and see the promises of God come to pass in your life.

Be Greatly Blessed!

The Power Of Grace
‘where sin increased, grace increased all the more, so that, just as sin reigned in death, so also grace might reign through righteousness to bring eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.’ (Romans 5:20-21)

Beloved, may the superabounding grace of our Lord be with you today.

Where there is sin, let there be righteousness.

Where there is lack, let there be abundance.

Where there is weakness, let there be strength.

Where there is strife, let there be peace.

Where there is confusion, let there be clarity.

Where there is sickness, let there be health.

Where there is death, let there be life.

Where there is darkness, let there be light.

Be Greatly Blessed!

Prayer:

Heavenly Father, my gracious God, thank you for drawing me to you by your grace when I was lost in my sin.

Help me to show kindness and grace to those who’re still hurting.

Let your superabounding grace flow through me to touch and bless those around me.

Let it be so.

In Jesus’ Mighty Name,

AMEN!

Seek The Lord
‘But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.’ John 1:16 (AMP)

Beloved, seek the Lord today and keep Him in the forefront of your heart and mind.

He longs to bless you and reward you. If you’d only let him.

You believe that He exists, that is good and well. But your heavenly Father wants to be more than just an idea, or a figurehead.

He wishes to be an intimate part of your life.

So by grace, through faith, let Jesus be your saviour today.

Let Him save you from your sins.

Let Him save you from your troubles.

Let Him save you from strife.

Guard your heart. Fill it with the Peace of Jesus.

Whatever troubles you, whatever worries you, place them in God’s hands.

He’ll take care of it.

Your job is to seek Him.

When your heart’s full of joy and your spirit’s overflowing with peace, you’ll know that you’ve found Him.

You’ll know that all is well.

And you’ll know that He has bountiful rewards waiting for you.

For He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

Be Greatly Blessed!

Prayer:

Father, thank you for your peace, your Word, and your love.

Help me to keep you in the forefront of my heart and mind.

Simply being with you nourishes my soul and blesses my spirit.

May all nations and tribes ask, seek and knock to discover your wonderful grace.

In Jesus’ Mighty Name,

AMEN!

You’re A Royal Ambassador
‘Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ’s behalf, be reconciled to God.’ (2 Corinthians 5:20)

Beloved, you are in this world, but not of this world. You are an ambassador for Chirst.

No longer are you bound by the chains of sin. Stand tall, for you now represent the Kingdom of God.

You’re the light of the world. A light that cannot be put out.

Do not hide your light under a basket. Instead, set it proudly on a lampstand so you may shine and bring light to all who’s in the house.

Do not be ashamed for receiving the righteousness, blessings, and favour of God.

Receive them boldly in faith through grace.

Let them be clearly seen, so that all who see you may glorify your Father in Heaven.

For you are a blessed child of God. His royal priest. A proud ambassador for Christ.

You are the living evidence of God’s goodness and love.

Be Greatly Blessed!

Prayer:

Father, what a great honour it is to be Christ’s ambassador on earth.

Thank you for redeeming be through the light of your grace.

Teach me. Lead me. Guide me.

Help me to shine brightly in this world and be a beacon of hope that points to our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.

May I continue to do your will and glorify your name with my thoughts, words and deeds.

In Jesus’ Mighty Name,

AMEN!

You’re The Pearl Of Great Price!
Again, the Kingdom of Heaven is like treasure hidden in the field, which a man found, and hid. In his joy, he goes and sells all that he has, and buys that field. Again, the Kingdom of Heaven is like a man who is a merchant seeking fine pearls, who having found one pearl of great price, he went and sold all that he had, and bought it. (Matthew 13:44-46)

The treasure hidden in the field and the pearl of great price are parables in the Bible that many people are familiar with.

But due to our familiarity with the verses, we often overlook the deeper meanings buried within.

Firstly, many people believe that the two parables are essentially referring to the same thing – since we’ve found Jesus (the Kingdom of Heaven), we should give up everything else and follow Him.

But let’s read the two parables again in more detail…

Again, the Kingdom of Heaven is like treasure hidden in the field, which a man found, and hid. In his joy, he goes and sells all that he has, and buys that field. (Matthew 13:44)

Now this falls in line with the interpretation we mentioned above. We (the man) found the Kingdom of Heaven hidden in the field, sold everything we had and bought the field.

Once we’ve discovered God’s goodness, all the other temptations of the world pale in comparison. We’re now trading curses for blessings, sickness for health, sins for righteousness. We give up all our previous misconceptions about the world and about God in exchange for the true knowledge of God’s love. Makes perfect sense.

But now let’s take a look at the other parable…

Again, the Kingdom of Heaven is like a man who is a merchant seeking fine pearls, who having found one pearl of great price, he went and sold all that he had, and bought it. (Matthew 13:45-46)

Did you notice the difference? In the previous parable, the Kingdom of Heaven is likened to the treasure in the field and we are represented by the man who eventually bought the field.

However, in the second parable, the Kingdom of Heaven is likened to the merchant, not the pearl!

What does the pearl represent then? I submit to you that you are the pearl of great price!

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. (John 3:16)

God loves you so much, and you’re so precious in His eyes, that He gave up everything, split the heavens apart, came down to earth, was stripped of all riches, endured humiliation, suffered unimaginable torture, and died on the Cross, just so that He can redeem you.

Do you see how valuable you are to God?

So whenever you feel defeated. Whenever you feel insignificant. Whenever you feel that no one cares about you.

Remember, you are the pearl of great price! You are the one whom the Lord of the universe gave up everything to redeem.

Be Greatly Blessed!

Your True Worth
‘And he said to them, “Take care! Be on your guard against all kinds of greed; for one’s life does not consist in the abundance of possessions.”‘ (Luke 12:15)

Dearly beloved, how are you measuring your worth today? Is it based on your earthly possessions? Perhaps it depends on what position you hold in your office? Or are you taking into account how other people esteem you?

Well, God’s Word says that none of those really matters.

So what then does the value of our lives depend on? If Jesus said that who we are is not determined by what we have, where then should our identity lie?

The rich, young man who settled into self-satisfaction and contentment because his barns were full to the brim with crops was severely rebuked by Jesus. He had foolishly stored up treasures for himself on earth, but had not been rich towards God.

He was wealthy in possessions, but poor in spirit.

If he truly believed in God, if he truly knew how good our heavenly Father really is and how eager He is to bless us, why would he be dismayed when Jesus asked him to give away his possessions to the poor?

Shouldn’t he be rejoicing that he’s been given such a great opportunity to be a blessing to others through Christ?

In fact, Luke 6:38 says, “Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap.”

So why was he dismayed then? I submit to you that although he was rich in earthly possessions, he was, in fact, operating out of a spirit of poverty. He was trusting more in his material riches, than in the everpresent blessings and favour of God.

Could it be then that our identity and value is found in our relationship with God?

What makes our lives valuable is not how much we own, not what we do, nor even what others say of us. Our value, our worth and our identity is found in our relationship with God through His son, Jesus Christ.

We are the adopted sons and daughters of our Heavenly Father; His precious children. His beloved. The blessed ones.

In Him we find our true worth.

Have we been rich in our relationship with God?

How do we feel when we estimate our worth and value in the expectations of this culture – when we strive to find identity in what we own, what we do or what others say of us?

Is there an inner pressure to perform, to keep it all together, to match up to the world’s demanding standards?

Notice the spirit of desolation that draws us further away from both God’s presence and our true selves when we strive to live by other people’s standards, when we try to live up to societal expectations.

That isn’t who we were created to be.

Notice the difference when you rest deeply in the truth that you are chosen by God.

Discover your true identity and worth in Him alone. Let this reality sink deep into our hearts.

For when we choose to live in the reality that we are worthy because we are His children, we find a consoling place of peace, freedom and deep connection with our Heavenly Father.

We then discover who we really are – loved, favoured, the treasure of our Father’s heart.

Be Greatly Blessed!

Experience God’s Mercy
O give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever. (Psalm 136:1)

How amazing is the mercy of God! If not for His mercy, we’d have no hope of redemption. If not for His mercy, we’d all be resigned to a life of hardship, curses, and eternal damnation.

Let’s be clear, God does not owe us anything. He didn’t have to send His Son to die for us. But if God only gave us what we deserved, we’d all be condemned for eternity.

Yet, that’s not what God wants for us.

He wants to show us mercy. He wants to redeem us. He wants to hold us close in His embrace.

It’s because of His mercy that we are now free from all Judgement. It’s because of His grace that we’re now deserving of all His blessings.

So give thanks to the Lord today! Appreciate His mercy, live in His grace, and receive His blessings!

Be Greatly Blessed!

You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help enough other people get what they want.
Give, and it shall be given back unto you: good measure, pressed down, running over shall men pour unto thy bosom that you cannot contain them.. Luke 6:38.
So think of giving not as a duty but as a privilege, b'cuz no one has become poor by giving.

You have to get your passion back. You may not see a way, but God has a way. He’s not limited by what you don’t have, by how you were raised, by your education. His favor on your life will open doors you couldn’t open. His anointing will cause you to accomplish more with less talent. His blessing will bring divine connections: people that will use their influence to push you forward. You won’t have to find them; they’ll find you.

Forgiveness isn't always easy, but we must develop & maintain the capacity to forgive. One of the keys to longevity and good health is to
develop the spirit of forgiveness & let go of past hurts. Remember that there's no peace without forgiveness. Forgiveness isn't always for the person who hurt you, but rather for your own good. "For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you... Matt 6:14-15.
Don't allow past grudges stop short the joy in your heart.
