Can it be considered free and fair when many politicians were excluded by IBB from participating in the first place?

@poster if majority of Nigerians can say it is free and fair, the only election in Nigeria that did not witness a single violence, did we need crooks like you to know if it is free and fair?

@Genbuhari, because you asked a question that a kid born in 1993 would not have asked except he was born a deaf, dumb. And blind. As for saying that babangida exclude some politicians, can you give me some examples and how it was perfected.
