I am hiring for a marine & civil engineering company based in Lagos.

Currently looking for a short-term project manager (3 months) with 3 years+ experience preferably in civil/marine structures/dredging engineering. Ideal candidate will be based in Lekki/Ajah area.

Duty would be to oversee sandfilling of a project site as well as the following:

1. Ensure sandfilling targets are met
2. Provision of weekly report to company director
3. Inventory taking of equipment on site
4. Management of labourers and sub-contractors on site.
5. Work progress photography
6. Ensuring general health and safety on site.


Person Specification:

1. Degree Qualified (HND, BSc BEng or higher in technical discipline or engineering).
2. At least 3 years’ post-graduation experience in project management in civil/construction engineering.
3. Experience in starting and pushing a project to completion
4. Good organisational and leadership skills
5. Good computational and analytical/estimation skills.
6. Resilient and can-do attitude.
7. Strong-minded and not easily swayed/manipulated.

Remuneration Details:

Starting salary is Negotiable with added benefits such as N4,000 weekly call credit allowance. This will be reviewed monthly based on performance.
