Please guys theres something going on around for quite some time now about jamb regularization, they said if you check your name on their matriculation list and its not there, you are to pay #10,000 for regularization,and if your name is not there you won't go for nysc that year so I checked mine it wasn't there because I did remedial i.e the school gave me admission and all of my other friends too have this problem including guys that came in through direct entry.
We complained to our admissions office but they said we should pay for it, but i don't think its right though because the school didn't even circulate any formal notice about this.
I want to know if I don't pay will it affect me or should I forget about them. I just don't have the 10k to spare right now

If you don't pay no Nysc for you. But how come the price is N10,000 as against N5,000?

It's a fixed fee of #10000 from jamb. It's meaning for those that don't have jamb admission letter. Your school will have to send the list if those affected to jamb so that jamb can rectify it. If you are planning for NYSC, better do it now before will be too late.
