Our client in the downstream energy sector urgently seeks to hire position below;

Position: Site Engineer.

Location: Enugu.

Qualification: Degree in Engineering.

Experience: +3 Years In similar role, preferably someone that has worked in a construction site. Ability to speak the local language will be an added advantage, the candidate must also know their way around the stated location.

Responsibilities not limited to:
• Assist the Project Manager in executing and completing the project.
• Oversee the quality of work and safety of construction.
• Ensure conformity of construction to approved designs and specifications.
• Identify defects, suggest remediation and escalate when in doubt.
• Send daily updates from the site, using company's report template.
• Attend and/or organize regular site meetings with all vendors, also, publish minutes of such meeting.
• Perform site daily toolbox talks, and maintains the record.
• Validate the JHA provision associated with ALL tasks before the commencement of the task.
• Report daily UA/UCs, NMs and incidences by the contractors and document same.
