Responsibilities:
•Recruits new distributors for the switches and sockets line
•Establishes productive, professional relationships with distributors
•Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
•Sells through the distribution channel to end users

Requirement:
•Degree in Marketing or a similar course from a reputable tertiary institution
•At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
•Experience as a channel manager or distribution manager in a structured FMCG company will be an advantage
•Ability to recruit, build and sustain relationships with distributors
•Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
•Excellent verbal and written communications skills
