The great scholar Ibn Uthaymeen Rahimuhullaah said:
"أن اﻹنسان لا يعجب بعمله، مهما عملت من اﻷعمال الصالحة لا تعجب بعملك، فعملك قليل بالنسبة لحق الله عليك"
'A person should not be amazed with his deeds, no matter how many good deeds he had done. Do not be amazed by your deeds. Your deeds are few in comparison to Allaah's right upon you.'

Shaykh Uthaymeen also said:
لا تنس الاستعانة بالله ولو على الشيء اليسير
'Do not forget to seek aid from Allaah even if it is for something very small.'

قال العلامة ابن عثيمين رحمه الله:
