I think that school should be relinqiushed to the FG,who poses to be the best acquisitor at hand.... Those two state cannot fend for that instituition, its a liability to them.... Even if Lautechs fees is hiked to 300k, they can only survive max 2years they will still go back to there usual position.

This is what happen when current expenditure wholly outfox revenue, intriguingly, tangible govt revenue comes once in a year, but current expenses runs through and comes all year round.

Bt in a strict sense this country is a big joke.

I sobe for the fate of the poor student of lautech who had always seen (strike) coming.

May God Assuage your anguish

If you are a student in that university, kindly seek admission somewhere because the problem of LAUTECH can't be solve within the next two years especially now that we are crawling into the election year with many problems from all the three tiers and arms of the government.

ASUU is not serious. LAUTECH staff have paid July salary. other workers in state were paid June salary last Monday. ASUU is fighting for 10 month salaries owed them between 2016 and 2017 and other allowances. Meanwhile, all tertiary institutions in oyo state are being owed 24 to 26 months salaries arrears. Even LAUTECH teaching hospital ogbomoso is being owed 12 months salaries.

Dr. Biodun Olaniran a.k.a Barbey.

My oga to SURE, no student go fail I'm course except say I'm no serious. I remember CEP 501 or 504,one crazy statistics like that. when a formal SUG leader turns ASUU chairman, action is expected. I remember his actions during my undergraduate days in LAUTECH.

LAUTECH ASUU really needs someone like him, young and full blooded fineboy, nor some Old doctors or professors with pot belly.

Which school be LAUGHTEC again? Nigeria has no university and you all know you're awarding rubbish certificates that aren't acceptable overseas and the awardees can't become entrepreneurs or critical thinkers. So, what's the need.., when they'll all end up as job seekers and become nuisance to government? Government don buy market grin grin
