Hello folks. I'm Eghosa, living in US, I just recently moved here, and I'm seriously in needs of advice on a building project I'm about to embark on, I just made about 500k naira and I'm looking to invest this money in my 50/100 plot of land in somewhere around ipkoba hill in benin city, I've asked my sister who I intend to supervise the project on my behalf, she has just send me a quatatuon of what it will cost for the foundation excluding filling.
The house is a two wings of three bedroom flat each.
Bellow is what she sent me, and I would love a professional builder or contractor to look into it to see if she's over billing me or not.
1.70 bags of cement at rate of 2,700 =189,000k , and 50 bags for molding of blocks, while 20 bags will be use for setting.
2. 35,000 k for blocks molders.
3. 30,000 k for stone and.
4. 10,000k for water.
5 200,000 k for pegging.
6. 72,000 k for sand.

Please I need your view about this, as I've tried to do some finding outside here, about this.
Hope any information here will be helpful
Thanks and stay bless

So u dont trust your sister abi? lol
But somethings are not adding up. Can't state all, but;
What about cement for footing?
Pegging too high...except it includes supervision.
Stone 30k? what kind of stone? d price is low
Can we see the building plan?
