Investment Opportunity
1. Our Internet based global business is built around a portfolio hosting App, having subscribers from more than 50 countries. The site currently generates a daily traffic of 1500 impressions and 15 clicks.

2. We are seeking to scale the capacity of the business to hold 50,000 active subscribers in 70 countries and achieve a daily traffic of 40,000 page views in two (2) years’ time. This will enable the business make a projected average annual income of 35M from the period (September, 2019) and much more later on. The projected income will be generated approximately as follows, with a hypothetical 1000 units of deals in one year:
• Google Adsense/Ads Networks = N12M
• Registration of 10,000 subscribers x N10,000 = N10M
• Service Charge for 10,000 deals x N10,000 = N10M
• Direct Adverts, Wallet Service, Social Media advert service,
Collaboration Services, Online MasterClasses = N3M

3. A simple calculation shows that the above can be achieved if the following sum is invested: N1m (one million Naira) by September, 2018; N6.5m (six million five hundred thousand Naira) by March, 2019; and N10m (Ten million) by September, 2019. See breakdown bellow.

4. The Company is valued at N50M (Fifty million Naira). 35% Shares valued at N17.5m is to be sold in the following arrangement:
• 1M - 10% shares by September 2018
• 6.5M – 10% shares by March 2018
• 10M- 15% shares by September 2019

5. The business generates its income from the following sources of revenue:

7. Competition: From the standpoint of global coverage and diversity, the App does not have a known competitor yet.

Summary:
10% Shares as in above will amount to N3.5m after 2 years and continue to run as long as the company lasts.

Hint:
The first phase investment of N1m which attracts 10% shares can be done on installments through the 6months period.
