Thanks for your post but if truly you are interested not that you are just trying to be a time waster like many people here, you should know very well that, people from London are living inside Golden Heritage Estate now, not one or two or three, when the developer of Golden heritage estate stop sales of Golden Heritage Estate 2 years ago, they stop at N1,000.000 per plot yet to be allocated excluding survey and deed of assignment which is N120,000, and for a plot which have been allocated and ready to build with all the document on ground because the owner need money you are pricing it like this.?

The Initial Price is N900,000.00 someone promise to pay N750,000 and I persuade the seller to accept the price with alot of pleading on his behalf and the seller agreed but now the speculator run away without looking back, I hope he have not fall into the hand of land scammer, Nigerians don't like people that say the truth, they enjoy a lot of  made up lairs.

The last price plus documentation is N750K

I no dey vex sir, you my client, you are right we started that estate with N280k but I'm very certain you will never buy at the time because everywhere was busy, very tick busy, just like we started with City of Hope Estate now ibeju lekki.

Sir, the last price is N750,000, even for N1.2m you can't buy from New Creation Properties the developer of that estate because they have stop sales you can only buy for secondary market
