Since the release of Falz’s conscious single, ‘This is Nigeria’ it has generated a lot of controversies, the most recent of them was the ban by the National Broadcasting Commission, NBC.

Folarin Falana has threatened to seek legal redress if NBC fails to lift the ban placed on the song this is Nigeria which is a refix of Childish Gambino’s song.

He made this known in an Interview with Saturday Vanguard stating that his lawyers will be investigating why his song was banned with a view to seeking redress in court if need be.
