Oil business magnate, Chief Okey Njoku, has said that Owerri zone will hold Governor Rochas Okorocha of the state and the state Commissioner of Police, Dasuki Galadanchi, responsible should anything happen to the deputy governor of the state, Price Eze Madumare.
