A top Finance House is in need of a suitably qualified individual to fill the post of Head, Business Development Group. Such candidate, favourably female, should not be less than 35 years with at least five (5) years RELEVANT experience in the financial industry of which at least 2 of such must be as a unit/sectional Head.

Other specifications include:

1. First degree in the social sciences / marketing. Post graduate/professional qualifications are added advantages.

2. Must be a good team leader with ability to set and achieve targets. Such candidate must be good and proficient in designing/developing treasury and credit products (mainly leases ,LPO Financing) as well as formulation of marketing plans.

3. Must be computer proficient especially MS-WORD, EXCEL AND POWERPOINT.
