The Digital Marketing Associate serves as our internal officer for the online Zorkle Shoe brand, both on the website and our social media. The role will focus on driving online sales and improving the customer experience on our website and our social media platforms. This position reports to our Marketing Director and works closely with the team to develop digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities
• Grow and manage the online ordering business on both website and social media. Identify optimizations of website and social media engagement to increase sales. Conduct design A/B testing and track effectiveness at driving results. Continuously work to optimize online customer experience.
• Oversee paid search program, display advertising campaigns and SEO strategy to drive online ordering sales. Manage asset production for SEO/SEM, retargeting and display ads.
• Create and manage content and promotional calendars for our online business. (Website & Social Media)
• Implement digital campaigns that increase ROI, grow retail sales and increase brand awareness.
• Plan and coordinate all website and social media content updates in line with overall product marketing calendar.
• Conduct Daily, weekly and monthly reporting -- analyze and provide reporting on sales by category, market, site usage and marketing campaign performance. Drive ROI measurement across website and social media; establish baseline metrics and work towards quarterly goals to achieve incremental performance and results. Manage analytics solutions including Google Analytics and other tools.
• Serves as first and primary point of contact with 3rd party agency to ensure that all system integrations remain up and running and are accurate & identify innovative ways to drive online sales.
• Stay abreast of emerging eCommerce marketing opportunities and innovative ideas.
• Assist the online marketing budget and prioritize key deliverables.
• Process & organize new products & collections to display on web site, and update as necessary

• Not more than 28 years old.


Requirements
• Bachelors Degree/ HND with Marketing focus benefit.
• 2-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing with concentration in e-commerce.
• Extensive knowledge of SEO and SEM.
• Graphic design skill is an added advantage.
• Working knowledge of google analytics, google adwords and mobile app tracking tool Appsflyer.
• Strong communications skills; ability to effectively communicate information and contribute innovative ideas in written and verbal format.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Professional, and internet browser software is required.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Not more than 28 years old.

The Sales & Customer Service Assistant (Female) works closely with the team lead Sales & Customer Service to increase productivity and business success and ensure continued growth in sales, visibility and communication with all customers.

Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming phone calls from customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Respond to Whatsapp messages and social media direct messages or posts from consumers on our social media channels.
• Monitor all social media/ Whatsapp sales orders and assign to our production department with explicit details where recurred.
• Anticipate, analyze, define and solve problems in a timely manner, including delivery issues, shipping issues, returns/exchange and terms issues.
• Provide product improvement support by making recommendations based on customers’ feedbacks and suggestions.
• Communicate extensively with the marketing manager as regarding status of orders and inventory levels.
• Relate with delivery partners for pick up and timely delivery.
• Assist in any research as necessary to ensure we keep up to date with new developments & competitors.
• Reaching and exceeding sales objectives by converting inquiries into sales, answering questions, and resolving issues.

Requirements:
• Female with 1-2 years experience in sales or customer service.
• Very social media savvy.
• Intermediate Computer skills in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• OND/ Diploma in marketing or related area desired.
• Prior e-commerce experience preferred.
• Consistent sense of urgency required.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and cross functionally.
• Detail oriented, conscientious, and self-motivated.
• Excellent follow through and persistence.
• Initiative to improve processes and reduce costs.
• Not more than 26 years old
