Sometimes I feel like asking this question but no one to ask. Recently I came to Lagos and what I saw is boom. Imaging Weed that Police roam around every day searching for where it is being sold so that they would arrest the sellers and and the buyers. I am talking about that same weed that SARS kills people in South south and south east. More especially River state and Delta state. Is the same weed that Youths is roaming around the street here in Lagos with not disturb. Not just in their pocket but they will be holding it , smoking it even in front of Police or SARS self . SARS self day even smoking an for public even for inside bunk I day see SARS day do an?? Why is it not against the law in Lagos
