It's a good thing to celebrate independence, but the budget is too much for god sake. These old men should think of something better to do with our money |

having seen all the details, i have come to terms with the realities and importance of this celebration. i therefore suggest that FG increase this budget to N50B. most countries of this world think we do not have money and maybe that is why we do not have steady power supply so it is very very important that we convience them through this expected colourful event that we have more than enough just that we are used to darkness. let them be given too much gifts so that they will believe. useless jonathan, useless pdp, useless obasanjo, useless nigeria. |
Re: Proposed Breakdown For 10billion Independence Day Budget by monkeyleg: 1:14pm On Jun 23, 2010 |
The scale of the celebration is totally unecessary. It time of great difficulty for all, it is so insensitive of the government to spend this sort of money. My hope is that all this is a big lie. If true, then Jonathan has really shown Nigerians his true colour. In all honestly, we should not be spending more than #250M, not at a time of difficulty for all |
