Even if the trader wants to fry groundnut and sell, (s)he needs more than that as a bag of groundnut goes for over N30k to breakeven and repay the loan within the time frame.

Imagine giving $28 dollars as 'loan' when PDP was paying N10k ($55) as grants for SURE-P.
