Nairalanders, which carries more weight between having anyone of KPMG, PWC, Deloitte and Ernst & Young experience on your CV or an academic position (lecturing) experience from a federal university? |

It depends on a whole lot of things...your future plans, career goals, personality type, motivators (money, work-life balance, opportunities for personal development, having time for other things, adding value to people's lives, etc) 2 Likes |
