In saying so, I try at all the times not to be rude to anyone when I get mood swings which I generally have success in, as I'm not generally a rude person. But most times I shut people out, I dont recon that someone is around me. I stay in a shell and mind my own business. I know its wrong, but thats what I do when I am on my monthly (that alone is a hell for me). Am I the only one? Does this happen to yall? |

yeah, it happens to all of us, at one time or d other. i am a guy, so i cant attribute my mode swings to monthly period. i think i was always in a bad mode then because i didnt av a girlfriend n wasnt getting sex, so i felt i was missing out. apart from ur period, is there something else? u av to develop a passion for something that will always keep u happy. |

I sort of do this a lot. . . i dislike folks crowding out my space when all i needed is a lil extra time to clear my head!. . .and yeah, sometimes it appears I'm being rude. . .but really, i don't give a rat's árse! |

try to keep calm, some people are short tempered like that, you wont do yourself any favour if you snap at people so often its the most unattractive ting in the world |

whiteroses: I doubt if this is a case of short temper! As an example, I'm a fun loving adventurous guy, pretty much the best person anyone could ever come across. . . .but sometimes, all i need is a fresh breathe, and some space. . .i want to come up with my own solutions to my problems. . . .and i don't want friends offering all sorts of sympathy, unsolicited helps and phone calls. . . . i just want a damn space to think . . .that shouldn't be too much to ask! |

i get mood swings when i'm stressed or when i go a while without having time alone. i also have to try not to be rude and i'm usually successful at it, but that makes me miserable. something that helps me in that situation is listening to music at high volumes while playing games or browsing. i don't see it as me being a pain though, considering that it's me who is in pain from trying to be nice and polite. plus, i always try to respect other people's personal space and if they wouldn't invade mine then i wouldn't have to shut them out. |

I'm am who i am. . .not mood swings. i just don't like people and don't really care to deal with all their wahala. I like my space. Yes i've been called rude for not telling someone to take a hike in the way like i'm talking to a baby. Goo goo, gah gah. . .abeg carry go jor. . .there are many people for you to disturb jare. |
