I am also experiencing same on my Lg 49 inches smart TV.but the funny things is that its appears and disappear s after fees minutes.

Mine doesn't appear and disappear, it just stays. Is there no way to fix it?

Maybe the screen is faulty.need a technician to look it up.

I called a technician.He said it's not a big deal (since it is a very thin line), that I should leave it that way
