Hello Guys
I need help of electrical Wiring of section of Rest Room/Changing Room/Service Area of event center. I am handling the contract for the whole event center...it is actually my first so i am a little inexperienced.

The below picture is a section plan view of the area. The main Distribution panel is somewhere in the Store.
Below is a breakdown of the expected fitting per area.

Store: two bulbs, one 13A socket.
Service Area: one 13A, one 15A sockets, two bulbs, one small extraction fan.
Female Rest Room & Buffer Zone: - one 13A socket, eight bulbs, One 2hp AC
Female Changing Room (with its toilet): - One 13A socket, three bulbs, One 1hp AC
Lobby:- two ceiling mounted lighting bulbs
Male Rest Room & Buffer Zone: - one 13A socket, eight bulbs, One 2hp AC
Male Changing Room (with its toilet): - One 13A socket, three bulbs, One 1hp AC


He sent me the below BOM required for the job
Quotation for wiring for changing room,kitchen, store and toilets.
(1) 3 coils of 16mm load wire(2red and 1 black). For #70000 each. Total #210,000.
(2) 1 coil of 6mm red cable for Earth wire for #31000
(3) 6 coil of 4mm for A/c( 3 red and 3 back) for #20,000 Total =#120,000.
(4) 6 coils of 2.5 mm for socket, Drayer, kitchen socket ,store ,for #13,000 ,total=#78,000
(5) 8 coils of 1.5 mm for lighting ( 4 red and 4 blacks) for #8,000 total=#64,000.
(6) 5 coils of 1.5 mm green wire for all appliances earth cables for #7,000 Total=#35,000.
Grand Total=#538,000.

- I feel this is way too much. Please can someone help confirm if this Bill of material is TRULY required for the wiring of this area.
