hello,nairalanders,wud like a bit of advice on sandwiches,i am plannin to start a sandwich business with what i have got, i need advice on how to start and what to do, just how to go about it, also,i will appreciate some sandwich recipes, thanks.

Egg Sandwich



Ingredients:

4 Large Hard Boiled Eggs

2 Tablespoons Ounce Mayonnaise

2 Tablespoons Ounce Plain Yogurt

1 Teaspoon Curry powder

1 Tablespoon Dried Lavender Buds

6 Slices White Potato Bread



Information:

Serving Size 3

325 Calories Per Serving

14 Grams Of Fat



Cooking Directions:

Work with a fork and gently combine all ingredients and mash until well mixed, or until you reach you desired consistency. Place an even amount on 3 slices of potato bread. Top each with remaining slices of bread. Top with a green olive and serve.
