Good day good people of nairaland God bless you all, please I want to ask you guy's a question cod am confused, have been working in a firm and I just concluded 10years this year and I wanted to resign but I heard that if I do I will be given paycut like 5ook to 45ook based on the basic salary, except i completed the 12years in working as agreed by the the national Union of employees cos am not yet above 50years cos am in my 30s,note you 12 years for total emoluments,and now my people am confused now cos we are hearing rumors that our company will be shutting down this December or January, am just like fainting and my BP is going up this buhari period have dealt heavy blow on us really please I need you advise my people God bless |
