As it stands today, INEC is shying away from its responsibility if providing voters cards to teeming population that have been dissapointed. Every location by INEC for registration have remained a disappointment as huge population wanting the cards could not get it It has become norms for money to be paid before registration. The whole exercise look as if it is deliberate to starve people of the cards especially in South west, SE and SS areas INEC must decentralized with more hands and equipment to meet the populace demand. In fact election should be suspended until it is evident that only very few remain to get voters card. The huge amount requested by INEC should go for registration before election proper.

with so much money for INEC, I wonder why it cannot decentralized the registration process INEC must provide enough computers and personnel to do the job. INEC should never deprive electorates their rights. There must not be election until millions of electorates waiting on the queue get their PVCs
