Hi all, I am looking at buying a piece of land in Umuagwo village, near Owerri, maybe a 600 square meters and build a house of 2 bedroom, something like reception, kitchen and toilet downstairs, 2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. How much would that cost including land, materials, labour, surveillance, all the piping such a water etc? and is it worth is? Thanks, much appreciate it. |
