Nothing in life is permanent; because you are getting a steady cash flow now doesn't ascertain that, it would last forever.

Often time, when we acquire little income, we get so agitated to blow it up, and on the long run, we become penniless, thereby resorting to borrowing; incurring debts upon ourselves.

This is why many are still financially handicapped.

You see, everybody eulogises you, because they want to gain from you.
People are like locusts, they want to bastardize your income, to satisfy their own wants and leave you alone when you are finished.

We must be wise!!

No one is outrightly poor. People term you poor because they do not see you lavishing money, and living the extravagant lifestyle they expect from you.
What an ignoramus mindset!

A spender has no true friends.
Everybody just wants to share out of the abundant wealth. And when the wealth is gone, they leave you to your fate.

Your investment now is your inheritance tomorrow.
If you are not wise enough to build a tangible investment now, you will have yourself to blame in future, and only you will bear the grunt.

Spend less, save more! invest more!
