Step 1) Get a ripe banana with spotless peel. The peel must be very clean and spotless.

Step 3) Rub the inner white part of the banana peel on your teeth until it is well coated with the banana in the peel. Leave it for ten minutes.

This exercise has been tested and confirmed. But just as I said do it repeatedly. Every practice yields results when done persistently.

Bananas ripe when yellow though there are cases whereby some remains green when ripe. The only criterion is that once it's not ripen the peels must be spotless, that is, free from any mutilation.
