A Reputable Security Firm seeks the services of a Security Training Manager in Abuja

Job Title: Security Training Manager
Location: F.C.T, Abuja
Salary: #40,000 to #50,000

Role Responsibility:

1. Manage all security training program including physical drill and parade; develop, prepare, and teach appropriate training programs;

2. Competency Management function and other training records; conduct and/or oversee all training for the security personnel. reporting all data entry; filing and beat supervision to ensure training and instructions compliance

3. Prepare compliance reports and identify areas for improvement associated with contract-specific policies, practices, and procedures

4. Coordinate, develop, deliver and manage employee training and development programs; conduct needs assessments; identify training
needs;

5. Develop and/or customize training courses, content, and materials; oversee and deliver training, evaluate effectiveness and make adjustments necessary to improve training and outcomes

6. Provide regular reports to management regarding training initiatives, scheduling, and effectiveness of employee and organizational development initiatives


7.Assessment of new applicants and Documentation of Successful intakes/vetting


Interested candidate must have a minimum of Bachelor’s degree or equivalents.

An ex-police/military officer is an advantage.


The Ideal Candidate Must possess the following:


Minimum of 1year instructor experience to include platform delivery of training

Work history must include demonstration of ability to coach and motivate others

Work history must include the ability to prioritize and complete multiple objectives with little to no direct supervision

Work history must include the ability to be proficient in various reports and technical writing for the development of procedures and training manuals

Skills Required
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
Effective oral and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to research, investigate, compile information
Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate
Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively
