Responsibilities

-Work in the field to acquire and sign up Service Providers from various sectors: Artisans, Drivers, Home Service professionals,Event vendors, Tutors, etc. Go through our web platform to know our areas of interests.

-Sell Pukena annual membership package to new and existing PukenaPros within designated regions

-Own entire sales process from prospecting to completion of the sale. Get clients to order our services. Guide them through the entire transaction cycle from getting a PukenaPro from the platform who completes the order. All transactions must happen through our platform to count.

-Meet and exceed individual weekly and monthly sales targets

Requirements and Skills

-OND/Bachelor degree
-Outstanding sale skills with proven ability to convert prospects into active clients
-Good knowledge of local sales region
-A keen interest in the e-commerce industry

-Uncapped sales commissios of 15% of total sales both of memebership packages and client acquisition
-Best selling agents steadily get N150,000-N200,000 per month
-Clearly defined career path: Sales Agent>Departmental Manager>Regional Manager>Director
-Flexible working conditions with weekly sales targets

-Monthly logistics support of N20,000
