I bought a phone (HP IPAQ 514 VOICE MESSENGER) since last year, later discover that the phone has been restricted for MTN NIGERIA network, the phone will respond that 'NO SERVICE'. Later, the network keep functuating on the phone with 'SOS CALL ONLY' and sometimes MTN network. But the MTN network does nt Stay long up 2 3days.
