Imo State governor Rochas Okorocha's treachery in impoverishing his state through brazen looting has already been chronicled on numerous occasions by Naijiant.com.  But negotiating the roads of Owerri once the city experiences a spot of rain has become as treacherous as Okorocha's misrule, where drivers are constantly taking their lives in their hands on flooded streets without drainage, as they avoid debris, flotsam and jetsam.
