My PC started malfunctioning some months ago, initially, it was runtime/runonce error, then notepad stopped working. Afterwards, some applications such as vlc and media player stopped working.
Now, it's always msn.exe error, server execution failed, error 00000464fff, app has stopped working, explorer.exe,help and support is not responding, personalize has stopped working, and some other important applications. I can't even view my computer properties. What do I do, please help!

maybe you have SmadAv on ur system, just reload it.

its a virus on its own and its d cause of the problems, reload the system nd dont install smadav again, its useless

you dont need to format the system, just tell the engineer you just want to reload and he should help you move ur files from windows old to the new window.

This has happened to me too, and I know it is annoying, but upon trying again it worked (without even rebooting). In my case it seems to happen if I open a music file short after closing another one. Just googled and found a solution for you https://www.devicetricks.com/windows-media-player-server-execution-failed-on-windows-10/ . Hope it works for you.
