News broke on Sunday that fire has killed the wife, 2 children, niece and the mother-in-law of Pastor Ato Kessie, the head pastor of the Dansoman District Seventh Day Adventist (SDA). The incident happened between 5 and 6 am on Sunday, August 19, 2018. At the time of the accident, Pastor Ato Kessie was not in the house.
